Where to report Form 1099...

If you received one of the following 1099 forms, you do not need to include a copy of the form with your e-filed return.  However, certain amounts from the form are entered directly on the tax form:

To enter the withholding amount, click the highlighted field on the indicated line.  A window will appear.  Enter your withholding in the box titled "Other Withholding".
